Going gym is an appreciated routine that makes you STRONG, Disciplined, and Focused. People go to the gym for many reasons like getting ripped, burning fat, and sighting girls, some people go to the gym for time wasting and gossiping others. Mainly for the first two points.


                       

Why do we get strong and Focused?

Here is the main reason why we get strong and focused on health Because in the digital era most of doing corporate jobs and other 9–5 jobs so our bodies getting literally lethargic. We often do these kinds of habits means it’s going to contaminate our mental peace and health as well. Our health and mental peace are crucial, In our Tamil one fine quote is there “சுவர் இருந்தால் தான் சித்திரம் வரைய முடியும்- which means: Painting can only be done if there is a wall”

Beginner to Master

The first and foremost thing is your interest to make your body shaped, setting aside time for your body, I will cover the best gym exercises for beginners and advanced fitness enthusiasts alike, along with tips on how to get the most out of your workout routine.

Squats: Squats are a great exercise for building leg and glute muscles. Start by standing with your feet shoulder-width apart and squat down, keeping your knees in line with your toes. Aim for three sets of 10–12 reps, gradually increasing the weight as you become stronger.

Bench press: The bench press is a classic exercise for building chest, shoulder, and tricep muscles. Lie down on a bench with your feet flat on the ground and lift the barbell from the rack. Lower the bar to your chest and press it back up, aiming for three sets of 8–10 reps.

Deadlifts: Deadlifts are a compound exercise that targets your glutes, hamstrings, and lower back. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and bend down to grab the barbell, keeping your back straight. Lift the bar up to your hips, then lower it back down, aiming for three sets of 8–10 reps.

Pull-ups: Pull-ups are a great upper-body exercise that targets your back, shoulders, and biceps. Grip the bar with your palms facing away from you and pull your body up until your chin is over the bar. Lower your body back down and repeat, aiming for three sets of 8–10 reps.

Planks: Planks are a core exercise that can help improve your posture and stability. Start in a push-up position and hold your body in a straight line for 30–60 seconds. Repeat for three sets. And personally, this is my favorite.
